| Following the introduction of the new run, and to freshen up a little, we have renamed the event the Fresh Choice Womens Bike Run Tri to reflect all the disciplines on offer. |

Online entries for the 2013 event are now closed online. But you can enter on the day between 9am and 10am.

Race synopsis:
Triathlon: Swim 300 metres/Kayak equivalent, Bike 15kms, Run 5kms
Duathlon: Run 1.5km, Bike 15kms, Run 5kms
Run: 8.1kms around Lake Hayes
Date: 2nd March 2013
Location: Lake Hayes Show Ground Queenstown, 11.00am Start, Briefing 10.45am
Entry fee for all options:
Individuals $40 ( late entry fee on the day $45)
Teams $90 (late entry fee on the day $100).
Categories:
You can enter as an individual: Open / Veteran (35 yrs +)
Or as a team ( 2 or 3 members to a team): Open / Veteran / Business
For the business category, all team members must be working for the same company.
If you need a little help, and some ideas on how to train, download our program here training program. Although it is set for a 12 weeks period, it can be adapted if you no longer have the time.

How to get there:
The location of the race is on the Lake Hayes showgrounds, beside the pavilion, on the Gibbston Highway.
From Queenstown, take the highway 6 in the Cromwell direction.
