ENTRIES FOR THE 2010 EVENT
Entries opened Dec 22nd 09, and it is likely we will set a deadline, and a limit on entrants number for this popular event.
ENTRY FEE:
$75 per person
$45 Junior (19 years and under)
For all entries $5 go to Cure Kids.
All costs on this web site are in New Zealand dollars.
If you want to donate further funds for Cure Kids you are able to do this in the payment section of the online entry.
The online entry will also enable you to join the Wakatipu Trails Trust. We use tracks and trails that the Trust has put in and every membership will increase and maintain these trails for your benefit.
ENTRIES ONLINE
Entries online are open. You can enter online by clicking the online entry button below, and pay with Visa or Mastercard; alternatively if you wish to post your entry, go to pdf entry form, fill and send with payment.
Note: Visa and Mastercard have implemented some new rules for online payment.
This new security system for online payment requires you to provide a password. While it seems that you can elect to bypass this, and pay the old way, your transaction may not be accepted.
Please check with your bank on how to proceed for the new rules.
For all the fine details concerning the course, on the day race pack pick up, race briefings and start times, newsletters, jersey order form etc etc
RESERVE DAY
In severe weather conditions, the event will be postoned to the following day. All race timings will remain the same.

REFUND POLICY
There will be a refund of 50% up until two weeks prior to the event, and upon notification to the organisers. No refund will be paid for any withdrawals made after this date. There will be no roll over of withdrawn entries to the next year’s event.
If the reserve day should be cancelled due to weather conditions or other circumstances (such as clash with another event) there will be no refunds.
No swap over of entries to another person can be accepted prior to notifying the organisers. It is a safety issue should you be involved in an accident.
