Today she is the managing director of Southern Traverse Ltd and the driving force behind the overall events portfolio. Pascale's role covers a widerange of areas such as corporate sponsorship, finance, worldwide marketing and logistics.

In addition to her hectic workload, she has found time to serve on adventure racing support crews in the ’96 Eco Challenge BC (7th), in the ‘97 Raid Gauloises in South Africa (2nd), and the ‘98 Raid Gauloises in Ecuador (1st), and to have a baby - Nevada.
