| Due to a forecast of Nortwesters on Saturday morning, we think it would be prudent to bring the start time by a couple of hours, and possibly avoid strongs winds for the kayak leg.

| Both Macpac and Fairydown have been keen supporters of the Southern Traverse since its inception, and now all three are working together. Fairydown was the principal sponsor of April’s Classic Southern Traverse, and Macpac is approaching the 24 hour event in November with a new programme to grow adventure sports |
